Since the late 1960s, Summit House in Loring Park has been a dominant building in the downtown Minneapolis skyline. The building offers many living units that are as expansive as they are comfortable and the upper floors are great places for looking out at the Minneapolis skyline or looking down at some of the city's more prestigious buildings. Summit House is a perfect complement to other area architectural greats, including 510 Groveland, the Hennepin Avenue Methodist Church and the Cathedral of St. Mark, just to name a few. Its location in downtown Minneapolis also makes it a great place for people who work in the area or residents who simply appreciate all of the activities and opportunities that the city has to offer.
